Q7: How does shipping work? Do I need to find my own freight forwarder?
A: We handle all logistics details for you, no need to find a forwarder by yourself: 1. Sea/air freight: We work with reliable forwarders for FCL or LCL shipments; 2. Customs documentation: We provide complete export papers (invoice, packing list, B/L, CO, etc.); 3. Door-to-door service: We can arrange delivery to your specified warehouse if needed. If you have your own forwarder, we can also cooperate with their process. All logistics costs are passed through with no hidden markup.
